Groundbreaking ceremony STORIES Buiksloterham

In the Buiksloterham circular district in Amsterdam, the first pile is beaten for the nature-inclusive housing project STORIES, by Olaf Gipser Architects in collaboration with SMARTLAND. Integrated into the facades of the building, we designed a 'vertical landscape' based on the gradient from the hinterland to the sea. The residents consciously chose this green concept, which gives all apartments a unique green outdoor space, but that also contributes to a cooler and cleaner urban living environment.
