Hefei Luogang Park

In 2013, Luogang Airport suspended flights. At the end of 2017, the Hefei Municipal Government began to organize and plan the "Conceptual Planning and Urban Design of Hefei Luogang Airport Area". A large-scale central park design plan was unanimously recognized, and the concept of "Luogang Park" was born.

At the end of 2019, a consortium formed Earthasia(Shanghai) Co., Ltd, in collaboration with Smartland and the Shanghai Urban Construction Design and Research Institute, successfully won the bid for the "Hefei Luogang Central Park Landscape Green Space Design" project.

The local government showed courage not to focus on large-scale development, but to turn this site into an ecological park. At the same time, Luogang Park is a great, epoch-making project.

At present, the park's popularity is still rising, and Luogang Park has become an ecological business card of Hefei. The growing attention has also given citizens greater expectations for the subsequent new sections of the park.
